The materials in our houses are selected with a focus on quality, environmental awareness and functionality. The structural framework is reinforced concrete and the walls are in aerated concrete giving the house optimal insulation properties. You can put a personal stamp on your villa by choosing from different finishing materials and equipment interiorly and also some details exteriorly.
 
Kitchen
Granite top surface, sink with hot water, kitchen furniture are included. There are different options for kitchen furniture, stove, oven, kitchen fan, refrigerator and freezer are all included.
Bathroom
Bathroom with moisture barriers, water seals, hot water, water saving toilets, tiled walls and floors, polished granite at the washbasin. Put your personal impression by choosing from different tiles.
Interior
Interiorly we use washable quality paint. You chose the color. Wooden flooring in the bedrooms gives a warm and pleasant feeling. The rest of the floors are ceramic tiles 60x60 cm where you choose color.
Exterior
The pool at the bath area behind the house can be upgraded to Jacuzzi. At Dale there is an optional pool at the yard in the front. All land lots come with lawn, you can design your garden to your preferences. We can help you with a landscape architect.
Air conditioning
Even though the villas have good ventilation air conditioning can be comfortably during April and May the hottest period of the year. Air conditioning is optional, the pipes and cables are traversed inside the roof and walls.
Sun powered warm water system
Those who want to cut down on energy cost can choose to have a sun powered warm water system. The technique connects the central water heater and the water pump with a sun panel on the roof and with the prospective air conditioning system. This lowers the air condition costs by 40 % and powers both the water heater and the water pump.
